DRA Luke 13:10 And he was teaching in their synagogue on their
sabbath. 11 And behold there was a woman, who had a spirit of
infirmity eighteen years: and she was bowed together, neither could she look
upwards at all. 12 Whom when Jesus saw, he called her unto him,
and said to her: Woman, thou art delivered from thy infirmity. 13
And he laid his hands upon her, and immediately she was made straight, and
glorified God. 14 And the ruler of the synagogue (being angry that
Jesus had healed on the sabbath) answering, said to the multitude: Six days
there are wherein you ought to work. In them therefore come, and be healed;
and not on the sabbath day. 15 And the Lord answering him, said:
Ye hypocrites, doth not every one of you, on the sabbath day, loose his ox or
his ass from the manger, and lead them to water? 16 And ought not
this daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath bound, lo, these eighteen years, be
loosed from this bond on the sabbath day? 17 And when he said
these things, all his adversaries were ashamed: and all the people rejoiced
for all the things that were gloriously done by him. |

DRA Matthew 13:31 Another parable he proposed unto them, saying: The
kingdom of heaven is like to a grain of mustard seed, which a man took and
sowed in his field. 32 Which is the least indeed of all seeds; but
when it is grown up, it is greater than all herbs, and becometh a tree, so
that the birds of the air come, and dwell in the branches thereof. |
DRA Mark 4:30 And he said: To what shall we liken the kingdom of
God? or to what parable shall we compare it? 31 It is as a grain
of mustard seed: which when it is sown in the earth, is less than all the
seeds that are in the earth: 32 And when it is sown, it groweth
up, and becometh greater than all herbs, and shooteth out great branches, so
that the birds of the air may dwell under the shadow thereof. |
DRA Luke 13:18 He said therefore: To what is the kingdom of God like,
and whereunto shall I resemble it? 19 It is like to a grain of
mustard seed, which a man took and cast into his garden, and it grew and
became a great tree, and the birds of the air lodged in the branches thereof. |

DRA Matthew 13:33 Another parable he spoke to them: The kingdom of
heaven is like to leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of
meal, until the whole was leavened. |
|
DRA Luke 13:20 And again he said: Whereunto shall I esteem the
kingdom of God to be like? 21 It is like to leaven, which a woman
took and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened. |

DRA Luke 13:22 And he went through the cities and towns teaching, and making his journey to Jerusalem.. |
DRA Matthew 7:13 Enter ye in at the narrow gate:
for wide is the gate, and broad is the way that leadeth to destruction, and
many there are who go in thereat. 14 How narrow is the gate, and
strait is the way that leadeth to life: and few there are that find it! |
|
. 23 And a certain man said to him: Lord, are they few that are saved? But he said to them: 24 Strive to enter by the narrow gate; for many, I say to you, shall seek to enter, and shall not be able |
DRA Matthew 25:10 Now whilst they went to buy, the
bridegroom came: and they that were ready, went in with him to the marriage,
and the door was shut. 11 But at last come also the other virgins,
saying: Lord, Lord, open to us. 12 But he answering said: Amen I
say to you, I know you not. |
|
25 But when the master of the house shall be gone in, and shall shut the door, you shall begin to stand without, and knock at the door, saying: Lord, open to us. And he answering, shall say to you: I know you not, whence you are. |
DRA Matthew 7:22 Many will say to me in that day: Lord, Lord, have not we prophesied in
thy name, and cast out devils in thy name, and done many miracles in thy
name? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you:
depart from me, you that work iniquity. |
|
26 Then you shall begin
to say: We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our
streets. 27 And he shall say to you: I know you not, whence you
are: depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity. |
DRA Matthew 25:41 Then he shall say to them also that shall be on his left hand: Depart
from me, you cursed, into everlasting fire which was prepared for the devil
and his angels.
|
|
28 There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when you shall see Abraham and Isaac and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out |
DRA Matthew 8:11 And I say to you that many shall come from the east and the west, and
shall sit down with Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven: 12 But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into the exterior
darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
|
|
29 And there shall come from the east and the west, and the north and the south; and shall sit down in the kingdom of God. |
DRA Matthew 19:30 And many that are first, shall be last: and the last shall be first.
DRA Matthew 20:16 So shall the last be first, and
the first last. For many are called, but few chosen. |
DRA Mark 10:31 But many that are first, shall be last: and the last,
first. |
30 And behold, they are last that shall be first; and
they are first that shall be last. |

The same day, there came some of the Pharisees, saying to him: Depart,
and get thee hence, for Herod hath a mind to kill thee. 32 And he
said to them: Go and tell that fox, Behold, I cast out devils, and do cures
today and tomorrow, and the third day I am consummated. 33
Nevertheless I must walk today and tomorrow, and the day following, because
it cannot be that a prophet perish, out of Jerusalem. 34
Jerusalem, Jerusalem, that killest the prophets, and stonest them that are
sent to thee, how often would I have gathered thy children as the bird doth
her brood under her wings, and thou wouldest not? |

DRA Luke 14:1 And it came to pass, when Jesus went into the house of
one of the chief of the Pharisees, on the sabbath day, to eat bread, that
they watched him. 2 And behold, there was a certain man before him
that had the dropsy. 3 And Jesus answering, spoke to the lawyers
and Pharisees, saying: Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath day? 4
But they held their peace. But he taking him, healed him, and sent him away. 5
And answering them, he said: Which of you shall have an ass or an ox fall
into a pit, and will not immediately draw him out, on the sabbath day? 6
And they could not answer him to these things. |

DRA Matthew 23:12 And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be humbled:
and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted. |
DRA John 5:29 And they that have done good things, shall come forth
unto the resurrection of life; but they that have done evil, unto the
resurrection of judgment. |
DRA Luke 14:7 And he spoke a parable also to them that were invited,
marking how they chose the first seats at the table, saying to them: 8
When thou art invited to a wedding, sit not down in the first place, lest
perhaps one more honourable than thou be invited by him: 9 And he
that invited thee and him, come and say to thee, Give this man place: and
then thou begin with shame to take the lowest place. 10 But when
thou art invited, go, sit down in the lowest place; that when he who invited
thee, cometh, he may say to thee: Friend, go up higher. Then shalt thou have
glory before them that sit at table with thee. 11 Because every
one that exalteth himself, shall be humbled; and he that humbleth himself,
shall be exalted. 12 And he said to him also that had invited him:
When thou makest a dinner or a supper, call not thy friends, nor thy
brethren, nor thy kinsmen, nor thy neighbours who are rich; lest perhaps they
also invite thee again, and a recompense be made to thee. 13 But
when thou makest a feast, call the poor, the maimed, the lame, and the blind;
14 And thou shalt be blessed, because they have not wherewith to
make thee recompense: for recompense shall be made thee at the resurrection
of the just.
DRA Luke 18:14 I say to you, this man went down into his house
justified rather that the other: because every one that exalteth himself,
shall be humbled: and he that humbleth himself, shall be exalted. |
